Contribution fee for KDR - House and Granny Flat
Dear Blacktown City Council,
Greetings!
Could you please advise the applicable contribution fee dollar amounts that needs to be paid to council for building a new house with a detached 60 sqm 2 bed granny flat in Blacktown suburb part of knock down rebuild process.
I understand for the granny flat amount is somewhere between $18000 - $19000
Is there any fee applicable on the house as well? except DA fee.

Good Morning K D,
A Footway Condition Assessment fee of $279.00 will need to be paid against your application.
Council no longer requires a Road Damage Bond Deposit to be paid for this. The FCA inspection is carried out when all works have been completed at the address.
Please advise your Council issued DA or CDC number so I can raise the charge for you and provide instruction on how to make payment.
