Thanks very much for sending this through and very sorry for this late, later reply.
You’ve provided the decision for an earlier FOI request relating to the same project as my request, for the invoice/amount of moment paid for this project. I should have immediately clarified that I'm actually after the contract between the council and the vendor. I'm interested in the terms and conditions of a software project like this with the council. Sorry this slipped by me.
Would we be able to start a new request (informal/or formal if necessary) for a copy of the actual contractual agreement between the council and Acresta Mobile for their development / maintenance of the My Marrickville phone app.

Yes, please lodge a new Formal. We will need to consult the company again as I suspect there will be some commercial-in-confidence considerations with regard to the actual contract.
