Consultation and assessment of vaccine mandates
Dear Australian Rail Track Corporation Limited,
Can you please provide documents of the following information which lead you to mandate covid19 vaccines to employees, suppliers, contractors and visitors.
A Risk assessment of covid 19 in the workplace and onsite .
A risk to benefit assessment of the implementation of mandating covid19 vaccines on the workforce.
Dates and copies of Consultation or public notices or memos that took place or were sent out to or with employees, suppliers, contractors and visitors of ARTC in regards to mandating covid19 vaccines as a requirement of employment, site entry or supply.
Any liability policy that ARTC has in regards to employees, suppliers, contractors and visitors who have an adverse event to the vaccines which are mandatory as a part of employment.
Evidence that covid19 vaccines work to stop transmission, stop illness or stop death.

Thanks for your email.
I can advise ARTC is not bound by public information obligations of the
FOI Act / GIPAs etc. Information and correspondence, we share with State
and Federal Departments does typically get released however (unless
grounds under the Act to object to).
While we typically might only receive a handful FOIs per year, these are
likely to grow in number as are the public transparency expectations on us
to provide more detail and address these fulsomely.
Our approach is to consider the requests on balance and act in the public
interest, particularly where public funding of projects is involved. Based
on this principle where it is possible, we will gather information and
provide an appropriate response where it doesn’t present specific legal,
commercial or other issues.
