Concerns raised by council to Bhatla group

We're waiting for Arun to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Blacktown City Council,

We have invested on Lot 15, 350 Quakers Rd, Quakers Hill with Bhatla group and are not getting clear information on the land settlement over past one year. We have only been informed that concerns have raised and being worked on.

If this statement accurate true. I would like to know what are the specific concerns are and when they were raised. Additionally colluded you please inform us of what is still pending from Bhatla group.

Lack of the transparency from the Bhatla group leaving us in emotional upheaval.

Yours faithfully,
Investor

Dear Investor Arun,

Thank you for your email, I have previously approved the original development application for this lot and also the modification application. As far as I am aware, there are no issues on my end as both applications have been approved and I don't have any involvement with the lot subdivision or registration process.

I will try to help you, but please be specific and provide detailed information on what concerns have been raised and are being worked on so that I can direct your email to either the appropriate department here at Council or direct you to the NSW Land Registry Services.

Kind Regards,

Miki Stofan
