Dear Superannuation Complaints Tribunal,

Section 24 of the Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Act 1993 (SRC Act) makes it an offence for a trustee to conceal relevant documents related to a complaint from the Tribunal.
The penalty is imprisonment for 6 months.

The documents I seek are any document or documents that would confirm that any trustee or insurance provider has been prosecuted by the Tribunal (or the CDPP) pursuant to Section 24 of the SRC Act.

The search period is from 1993 to the present.

Yours faithfully,

Phillip Sweeney
