Could I request access to archived versions of "Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) – Surveillance case definition" linked here:

The version history is in the above document and it provides some information about the changes made in each version, but I am interested in learning how the definition of a "case" has evolved over the course of the pandemic for surveillance purposes.
