Administrative Release
The department advises that processing a request of this nature would be
best approached via an administrative release. An administrative release
involves providing your contact details to the relevant business area
within the department who would then liaise with you directly to provide
the information you are seeking access to.
This is generally a faster and more efficient way to process requests of
this nature as FOI processes do not need to be adhered to. However, an
administrative release does not provide you with an official decision nor
review rights.

Unfortunately, I've had to resort to FOI processes because the Department in question has not replied to my follow-up emails making this same request. I've written two emails requesting all the documents mentioned in the version history but have not had reply.
So, as a result, even if this is a slower process, I would still like to keep this FOI request open. I apologise for the inconvenience.
