Complaints regarding ABC decision not to acquire 'Descent into the Maelstrom - The Radio Birdman Story' for broadcast

I request under the Commonwealth Freedom of Information Act, copies of all documents including emails:
1. sent or received between 10 July 2018 and 31 August 2018 inclusive
2. concerning complaints made to the ABC relating to the ABC’s decision not to acquire the documentary film ‘Descent into the Maelstrom – The Radio Birdman Story’, (also known as the Radio Birdman film, or Radio Birdman documentary) for broadcast
3. including those relating to the ABC’s internal processing of complaints, either as individual complaints or as a group of complaints
4. excluding documents, correspondence and emails sent by Jonathan Sequeira to the ABC, or received by Jonathan Sequeira from the ABC.

FOI REQUEST – REFERENCE NUMBER 201819-044
I refer to your request for an extension:
" I would be grateful, if, under section 15AA of the FOI Act, you would agree to an extension of 30 days so that
we may effectively and thoroughly conduct our search, and provide a considered decision on any documents
retrieved. This would make the deadline for provision of a decision in the matter 11 February 2019."
I clarify that the original request does not include documents or emails which are:
- the actual complaints received by the ABC
- transcripts of oral/phone complaints made to the ABC
It does include:
- any summary of complaints
- any documents (including emails) that quote from complaints.
I hope this clarification is helpful, and makes processing the request simpler and easier for you.

This extended deadline has now passed, and the ABC has had over 60 days to make a decision.
