Community Garden Policy
Dear Wyndham City Council,
Can I please request a copy of the following documents:
- The draft (or final) community garden policy
- Any policy or documents that state planting of edible fruit and/or vegetables as part of the Activation Of Open Spaces "adopt a park" program is specifically forbidden.
- Documents detailing council fines and penalties for planting fruit and/or vegetables on council land.

Received a direct email back from Wyndham and replied asking for their response to be sent via this site.
Received a reply as below:
