Combined application relating to Former Science Dean employment

Access Request
This is a combined access request of earlier requests re: Former Dean of Science.
I am happy to provide the 30$ access fee for the combined access request for:
a) Former Dean of Science employment contract
b) Application including Cover letter, Curriculum Vitae and / or Resume
c) Evaluation criteria that was used in her hiring of Dean of Science Faculty - if any
d) Requisition and / or "JD" documents involving the position she was hired for - if any
e) Formal recorded communication between the staff regarding the hiring of Dianne Jolley in the context of decision maker or hiring panel - if any
f) Structure and participation of the hiring panel - if any
g) KPI Structure the former Dean was provided as part of performance criteria - if any
h) Minutes of the hiring panel - if any
If there are other associated documents that were part of the hiring and employment context, please provide assistance on identifying these so there is reasonable understanding on:
a) what the complete non-/discretionary compensation structure was and
b) how UTS provided the former Science Dean selection
As to meeting or exceeding UTS business objectives and / or expenditure.
Please provide the method of payment -
I am happy to provide cash as the preferred method.

We have received your combined access application request under the NSW
Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 [the GIPA Act].
I note you prefer to pay cash for the application fee.
I have been liaising with our Finance Unit to see how this can be done as
we have no facility in our area to accept cash payments and we have no
counter area for this to be enabled. We can arrange to accept cash on this
occasion only. This application will not commence as a valid application
until the application fee has been received.
Please note, we do not recommend you send it by post, unless it is
registered mail. Either way, we take no responsibility for the loss of
the money if sent by post. The preferred option would be for you to seal
the fee in an envelope with your preferred name, and address the envelope
as confidential to me in Governance Support Unit. Drop the envelope off at
our Security Office (main Tower building, Building 1, Level 4, 15-17
Broadway, Ultimo). They can see your envelope is safety delivered to me.
Once received we can commence the application processes. If you do drop
the payment off, please let me know so I can ensure we receive it as soon
as possible.
Alternatively, payment can still be made by other means, such as by credit
card or Money Order, as per our advice under “Making a Payment” on our
