Dear Blacktown City Council,

I have got a lot size of 9m*34.8m (313.2 m2) which has easement and it is a zero lot in the Akuna vista-Schofields. Could you please help me to know if double garage is permitted in the 9m frontage lot?

Subject to the site constraints, the minimum lot width frontage is 10m for double garages in the north west growth centre areas.
