know’ website. Local Governments in Western Australia are subject to the
requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 1992 (the Act).

 

In accordance with section 12 of the Act the following requirements must
be met for an application to be a valid Freedom of Information
application:

Dear City of South Perth,

The agenda for the City of South Perth Ordinary Council Meeting on the
17th October 2023 states:

"The City met with Wesley College on 17 October 2023 to discuss whether
the College was interested in jointly progressing the development of
sports spaces at this location with the City."

I am seeking the following:

1) Copies of correspondence (electronic or otherwise) between the City of
South Perth and Wesley College pertaining to the meeting held on October
17, 2023, including matters discussed during the meeting.

2) Copies of agendas, minutes, or any other documentation distributed or
generated during the meeting held on October 17, 2023, between the City of
South Perth and representatives of Wesley College.

3) Copies of correspondence (electronic or otherwise) related to the
preparation and issuance of the Letter of Support by Wesley College,
including drafts, revisions, and final versions exchanged between Wesley
College and the City of South Perth.
