Part VI – Internal review of decision in the FOI Act provides for review
of decisions made by agencies and is therefore not subject to a decision
made by Minister’s. Information on how to seek a review of the decision

I am writing to request an internal review of Prime Minister's handling of
my FOI request 'Children killed in the Palestinian Territories'.

This decision only provides final versions of speeches that are publicly
available. My request specifically asked for draft versions of speeches as
well. This request did not undertake an reasonable search for documents as
required by the act.
