Dear Ki,

Thank you for your email. Your email has been forwarded to me for response as I am the Council's Freedom of Information Officer.

The Freedom of Information Act 1982 provides members of the community with a legally enforceable right of access to documents held by Council, unless exemptions apply. All requests must be in writing giving sufficient information to enable Council to identify the document sought. A fee of $27.90 is payable at the time of submitting the request. Until your request is made in a manner required by s17 of the FOI Act it cannot be processed.

Alternatively, I can forwarded your question to the Council's Children Services department for response. Please inform me in writing if you wish me to do this.
