Under the FOI Act I request the reports resulting from the reviews of offshore processing centres conducted by the DIBP Chief Medical Officer (CMO), specifically:
- Reviews conducted in Manus Island in December 2013 and July 2015
- Reviews conducted in Nauru in May 2014 and January 2015.
If these documents have already been released I would be grateful if you could point me towards them.

Eleanor Davey (the applicant) has authorised you to receive, on their

would extend the due date for your request to 23 January 2023.
