Charges relating to DV INCIDENTS
Dear NSW Police Force,
I’m seeking information in relation to outcomes for those involved in domestic violence incidents. I would like to know:
1. number of incidents, where a woman is the only person charged and is charged with an indictable offense
2. number of incidents, where a men is the only person charged and is charged with an indictable offense
3. number of incidents, where both parties are charged with an indictable offense
Further to this, I would like the information broken down into postcodes or area commands. I am seeking annual information for the past five years.
Yours faithfully,
CitizenX
