I refer to your application received at this office on 13 June 2023, requesting access to documents under the Under the Freedom of Information Act 1992 (FOI Act).

Your application is currently considered invalid under section 12 of the FOI Act, as you have not provided an address in Australia to which correspondence can be sent. Additionally, a payment for Non-Personal information will also be required as it clear from your access application you are seeking Non Personal information.

I am respectfully requesting footage from either dash cameras or body cameras that captured the incident on June 8th that lead to the unfortunate death of Anthony Woods. If this information is unavailable due to an ongoing investigation, i would like to know when this information would be available.
