ARC Case 29
Dear Australian Law Reform Commission,
I am writing to you in order in relation to case 29 of the Australian royal commission involving Jehovah’s Witnesses (Watchtower bible and tract society of Australia). It was made known during the case study that the Jehovah’s Witness organisation disclosed documentation confirming that over 1000 cases of child sexual assault allegations had been made. My request relates specifically to a Mr Theodore Jaracz (dob: 28/9/1925) who was the Branch Servant between 1951-1955 (approximate dates). I request any document that Mr Jaracz name appears in that was obtained by the commission either during their investigations or during the case study. It is commonly known that Mr Jaracz is now deceased having passed away in 2010 in the United States, of which he was a citizen of that country. I would be satisfied with a redacted copy of any documents provided to protect any potential or actual victims that may be reported in any documents.
Yours faithfully,
Kaitiesmum

Sent request to Australian Law Reform Commission again, using a new contact address.
Dear Kaitiesmum
I believe you are seeking to make contact with the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. I have provided a link for you, https://www.childabuseroyalcommission.go...
The website indicates that any enquiries relating to the Royal Commission, including access to records, should be directed to the Attorney-General's Department, link provided below:
https://www.ag.gov.au/About/Pages/Contac...
The Australian Law Reform Commission does not offer legal advice or handle complaints. It cannot intervene in individual cases and does not act as a 'watch-dog' for the legal system or the legal profession. The Australian Law Reform Commission (ALRC) undertakes research and provides recommendations to reform the law on topics selected by the Attorney-General of Australia. ALRC recommendations do not automatically become law, however over 85 per cent of ALRC reports have been either substantially or partially implemented—making the ALRC one of the most effective and influential agents for legal reform in Australia.
Kind regards
Australian Law Reform Commission
