APSC - Conflicts of Interest
Dear Australian Public Service Commission,
Consistent with section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act, I am seeking a document to be created and provided by the Australian Public Service Commission that includes:
the number of documents held by the Commission relating to conflicts of interest of current Secretaries or heads of agencies that were created or received by the Commission from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2024.
I ask that the number be aggregated but broken down by month the document was created or received by the Commission.

Seeking clarification
We are writing to you to seek clarification on your request.
Can you please clarify the type of conflict of interest documents you are
seeking? That is, are you referring to conflict of interest declarations
of current Secretaries and Agency Heads held by the Commission? Does the
scope of your request exclude related correspondence to respective
conflict of interest declarations?
We understand you are seeking the number of documents, and not the
documents itself. However clarifying the nature of conflict of interest
documents you are interested in will enable to process your request
efficiently.
We would appreciate if you could provide a response by COB 1 August 2024.

Extension request
We note that a decision is due to you today, 19 August 2024. Section 15AA
of the FOI Act allows an agency to extend the due date of the request by
