APSC - APS Bargaining
Dear Australian Public Service Commission,
Consistent with section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act, I am seeking a document to be created and provided by the Australian Public Service Commission that includes:
the number of meetings between the Australian Public Service Commissioner and any Secretary of a Commonwealth Department; and
the number of meetings between the Australian Parliamentary Service Commissioner and the Secretary of the Department of Parliamentary Services.
I ask that the number be broken down by date and the which Secretary the Commissioner met with.

The timeframe of 1 July 2023 – 1 July 2024 captures a high volume of
meetings involving the Commissioner and Secretaries, and therefore
extracting this data and creating a document will be a significant
undertaking.
To enable us to efficiently process your request, we would be grateful if
you could clarify the scope by:
1. narrowing the timeframe
2. specifying the nature of the meetings you are interested in. For
example, Secretaries Board meetings and its sub-committee meetings.

Noting that this request is simply to count the number of meetings by secretary (of which there are less than 20), and that the process for counting these meetings will give you the other required information (date and which secretary), I disagree that the request is unable to be processed.
Please advise formally if you intend to issue a Practical Refusal Consultation Notice to my application if I do not amend it.
