Appointments and Promotions Committees' Minutes and Notes for 2019
Dear University of Melbourne,
I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act (1982). I request minutes and all available notes from the recent Faculty of Business and Economics (FBE) Faculty Appointments and Promotions Committee (FAPC) in which my promotion application to Level E was considered, as well as minutes and all available notes from the recent University Appointments and Promotions Committee (UAPC) meeting in which my promotion application to Level E was considered. I am sensitive to the fact that these minutes and notes will contain information about employees other than me, and therefore I am only requesting information that pertains directly or indirectly to my case.
At your earliest convenience please email this information to me, and by the same means please direct all inquiries or other relevant correspondence.
Yours faithfully,
Michael J. Zyphur
