My request is this.
Is it possible to provide a copy of the Commissions or similar documents which record the appointments of the following in May 2022, and a copy of the signed oath or affirmation for these appointments:
1. Prime Minister (Hon Anthony Albanese MP).
2. Minister for Foreign Affairs (Senator Hon Penelope Ying-Yen Wong).
To explain.
I understand that some written communications between the previous Prime Minister, the Governor-General, and the current Prime Minister in May 2022 on the above appointments have already been put in public

Letters Patent Relating to the Office of Governor General of the
Commonwealth of Australia, for the Majesty's approval or signature etc etc
2. A copy of the correspondence sent from the Late Majesty the Queen (or
private secretary etc etc) to Australian Government, on the Letters Patent
approved or signed etc etc by the Late Majesty the Queen
Timeframe for receiving your decision
The 30 day statutory period for processing your request commenced from the
day after the Department received your request, you should therefore
expect a decision from us by 28 January 2025.
The processing period of 30 days may be extended in certain circumstances
and we will write to you separately regarding any extension of time.
Charges
Agencies may decide that an applicant is liable to pay a charge in respect
of a request for access to documents. If the Department decides that you
are liable to pay a charge, we will send you a preliminary assessment of
the charge as soon as possible.
