Dear Queensland Public Interest Monitor,

I thought Id ask you to keep an eye on this application as I submitted evidence in this application to the CCC ref 1660728623 that Supreme Court Justice Peter Lyons overturned his own Judgement against us contrary to 'Functus Officio' which means when an administrator passed Judgement his job is complete. Otherwise it negates the need for the Court of Appeal.

In my case Lyons passed his orginal correct decision 4 April 2012 but that Judgement was never entered into the Court File. Wirkus Vs Wilson Lawyers

On 2 May 2012 Kathleen Dare and Associates submissions listed the original Judgement 4 April 2012 before Justice Lyons. Lyons then overturned his own decision that same day via another Judgement 2 May 2012.

I was not notified the original decision was not entered into the Court File.
The defendants were lawyers acting on behalf of Lexon Insurance which is owned by the Queensland law Society. My lawyers colluded with Lexon Lawyers and Justice Peter Lyons.

When I took proceedings to the Court of Appeal my lawyers never argued the points of law that provided protection as provided under Integrated Planning Act 1997 and sub-section 1 section 22B 1978 City of Brisbane Town Plan as listed in the initial Judgement 4 April 2012. I was swindled in both the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal.

The Queensland Government has continued to coverup my complaint but the evidence submitted to the CCC proves intent to deceive.

Yours faithfully,
Randolf Wirkus
