Yours faithfully,
Phillip Sweeney

Subject: Freedom of Information request - Application for a RSE Licence
EXTERNAL EMAIL: Do not click any links or open any attachments unless you trust the sender and know the content is safe.
Dear Australian Prudential Regulation Authority,
The Superannuation Safety Amendment Act 2004 amended the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 so that trustees of regulated superannuation trusts, funds or schemes were required to obtain a RSE Licence from APRA.
APRA granted RSE Licence L0000758 to Corporate Combined Superannuation Pty Ltd or CCSL Ltd in 2006 (or 2005).
The documents I seek are copies of the application form and other documents lodged by Corporate Combined Superannuation Pty Ltd (or CCSL Ltd) to obtain Licence L0000758 from APRA.
Yours faithfully,
Phillip Sweeney

Dear Australian Prudential Regulation Authority,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Australian Prudential Regulation Authority's handling of my FOI request 'Application for a RSE Licence'.
APRA has released documents related to the application for registration of a superannuation fund administered by this particular corporate trustee so there should be no reason not to release documents associated with the application for a RSE Licence by the same trustee.
Any personal information can be redacted
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/a...
