Any guidelines on contacting participants

We're waiting for Ashlea to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear National Disability Insurance Agency,

I am writing to request any standard operating procedures/knowledge article type documents that provide guidance to delegates and participant support officers on what is a reasonable attempt to make contact with a participant prior to proceeding without their input on matters such as check in or reassessment? Is their guidance as to, for example, how many times they should call, timeframe between calls, using alternate contact options such as email or letter?

Similarly, is there guidance on what happens when a participant plan requires reassessment at the NDIA end, and the participant cannot be contacted for their consultation and involvement in the process?
