Can I please request the following under the FOI Act?
1) Documents detailing number of dog registrations for the 2018/2019 period.
2) Documents detailing number of unpaid dog registrations for the 2018/2019 period.
3) Documents detailing number of "Letters Of Offers" sent in relation to unpaid dog registration for the 2018/2019 period.
Please waive the search fee for this request as these documents are in the public interest.
Failing that, please waive the search fee for this request as I have a current Health Care card from DHS.

Thanks for your confirmation of my request seeking access to:
- Documents detailing number of dog registrations for the 2018/2019 period
- Documents detailing number of unpaid dog registrations for the 2018/2019 period
- Documents detailing number of "letters of Offers" sent in relation to unpaid dog registrations for the 2018/2019 period
- Documents stating that due to a state government Act, Wyndham City Council is not able to offer payment extensions on upcoming animal registration renewals and
- Documents detailing which state government Act and section.
- Search Fee
I'm unable to provide a copy of my healthcare card through Right To Know as requests are public and healthcare cards contain PII. I will drop a copy of my current card off at the Civic Centre reception for you.
- Option to deidentify documents
I do not require personal information in the documents I've requested, but don't mind if it is included. I'll leave this up to you to choose whichever option results in a fast and complete request.
- Duplicate documents

- Deletion of exempt or irrelevant matter
If unedited documents contain the information that I'm looking for then there is no need to edit copies of documents. For the observant, you will notice that the above timeline might be out of order.
A response on the 10th of October was delivered to an invalid address, and I've attached it to this request.
