Ambulance response times

I am writing to request a copy of the most recent correspondence between the Minister's Office and NSW Health on options for reducing ambulance response time. Please supply as many documents as you can offer without incurring a fee to this request.

The NSW Ministry of Health does not hold medical records or health
information for individuals. There is also no central database for medical
records across NSW.

Please be advise that this request needs to be dealt with formally, through Ministry's formal GIPA application process. You can find the relevant information in relation to making a formal GIPA application to the Ministry of Health using the following link.

In addition, please note that Ministry of Health is only able to respond to the communication relevant to the Ministry, and correspondence relating to other NSW health agencies such as local health districts (LHDs), does not fall within the Ministry's responsibility.
Furthermore, as the requested information is concerning the correspondence with the Minister's Office, the Ministry of Health will have to consult the Minister's Officer for third party consultations during formal GIPA process, as required.
As such, we also recommend you, making a formal GIPA application to the Minister's Office for the information sought in your informal request.
