Dear Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet,
Consistent with the Freedom of Information Act 1982, I am seeking all briefs provided to the office of the Assistant Minister to the Prime Minister that refer to official portraits of the King.
I am not seeking drafts or duplicates of the above documents.

Dear Not Rex Patrick
I refer to your FOI request dated 16 July 2024 to the Office of the
Assistant Minister to the Prime Minister.
The current due date for a decision on your request is today 15 August
2024. Processing of your request is in the final stages, unfortunately the
Assistant Minister’s Office is not currently in a position to finalise the
decision by today’s date.
Accordingly, we are seeking your agreement under section 15AA of the FOI
Act to extend the processing period by 7 days to 22 August 2024. We will
endeavour to notify you of the decision prior to this extended date if
possible.
With apologies for the short notice, if you agree to this request for an
extension of time, we ask that you confirm this in writing via return
