Hello Joe, thank you for your FOI request. Information about Moreland Council's FOI process, including fees and charges is available at https://www.moreland.vic.gov.au/my-counc...
For an application to be considered valid, the application fee, or proof of concession for fee waiver must be provided and the request needs to be clear and in writing.
I am currently making enquiries within Council as to the documents we have regarding 320 Reynard Street, Pascoe Vale South. Would you please contact me on 9240 1290 to discuss your application.

Dear Moreland City Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Moreland City Council's handling of my FOI request 'All documents relating to the proposed tram substation at 320 Reynard St, Pascoe Vale South'.
I have requested public information relating to a tram substation project proposed by the Moreland City Council and the Department of Transport. They require a fee for public information to be released when this should be publicly made available for members to see. Therefore, requesting a fee to valid the request should not be necessary see it is information about the project and not a request for personal information to be released. Transparency and honesty shall be present with such project and shall be already available to the public.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/a...
Yours faithfully,
Joe Deminsta

Dear Saskia,
I am unsure what needs to be discussed and prefer all communication to be in writing. The information I am requesting should be public information and is not concerning any personal information. Therefore, I ask that your office is transparent and is able to provide this information given that taxpayers' money are going into this project and I would presume that the public have a right to know about such information.
Yours sincerely,
Joe Deminsta
Dear Saski,

Dear Moreland City Council,
I am not making a request under FOI but the request is for information which should be made readily available to the general public.
I do not ask for any information relating to individuals but solely information relating to the general planning and budgeting of such projects which relies on taxpayers' funding.
I believe it is only right to disclose such information for transparency and integrity purposes?
Yours faithfully,
