All correspondance between Bellingen Shire Council and the Old Butter Factory management/owners etc
Dear Bellingen Shire Council,
Please provide copies of all correspondance (emails, letters etc) between any Council staff/Councillors and any persons associated with or representing the Old Butter Factory in the last 24 months.
There is concern in the community about the funding spent on a section of footpath to this business. Please also provide complete costings of the footpath (separated into the cost from the golf club to the high school, and the high school to the butter factory) and the sources of the funding.

I am writing in response to your email received Monday 19 February 2024
seeking certain information in relation to Council activities.
I advise that your request will be dealt with as a Formal Government
Information (Public Access) Act 2009 – Application and I have attached
Application Form for your completion and submission. This Application
must be accompanied by a fee of $30 and must include such information as
is reasonably necessary to enable the government formation applied for to
be identified.
Your application will then be decided and you will receive notice of
Council’s decision within 20 working days after Council receives the
application. Notice of Council’s decision to provide access to
information will state whether any processing charges will be payable for
access to the information and indicate how those charges have been
calculated. A processing charge for dealing with an access application is
calculated at a rate of $30 per hour for each hour of processing time for
the application.
