I act as a conveyancer for a purchaser of the property at 9 Termeil place, Flinders 2529, currently being Lot 329 in 837420.

There is a subdivision taking place on this property which was to be completed by 2014. Could you please provide all information in regard to the building and subdivision applications made for this property? Also any recent progress information would be appreciated.
