Please publish documents that instruct Nillumbik officers to take down the
Alcohol Free Zone sign in the town square in August 2015 when the Council sponsored tapas bar was being built?
Is the sign going to be put back in the town square?

Re: ‘Freedom of Information’ request to Council
I refer to your Freedom of Information request recently received by Council via the ‘righttoknow.org.au’ website.
In order to comply with section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 any Freedom of Information request must be accompanied by an application fee, currently $27.20, before it is a valid application.
