Air 87 Project Infographic

We're waiting for John Davis to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Australian National Audit Office,

After looking over Defence’s Procurement of Offshore Patrol Vessels for the SEA 1180 Project, (https://www.anao.gov.au/work/performance...), I noticed there was an interesting infographic (Figure 1.3: Platform characteristics and primary systems of the Offshore Patrol Vessel) which showed what the SEA 1180 Project was wanting to achieve.

As per the FOI Act, I am seeking an Infographic which illustrates what the AIR 87 Project (Procurement of Armed Resonance Helicopters for the Australian Army) was wishing and wanting to achieve, for the Army and for the Department of Defence, for protecting defending Australia and its national interests.

As I would be extremely interested if an infographic could be found or was created for what the ADF requirements were for the AIR 87 Project and the type of Air-frame it was wanting to acquire, as I have a hypothesis the AIR 87 could be an Australian version of "The Pentagon Wars" movie.

Given the excessive and significant delays, over promising and under delivery from the manufacture and contractors, including the poor performance from the start, with continued failures to reach key important milestones for capability including airworthiness and now early retirement from service.

I look forward to ANAO, proving the requested infographic.

Yours faithfully,

John Davis
