Dear WA Mental Health Commission,
I would like to request the most recent agreement and/or contract between the WA Mental Health Commission and St Bartholomew's House Inc in relation to the Independent Living Program or (Supportive Landlord Service).
I would also like to request any policy documents relating to the responsibilities and procedures of the WA Mental Health Commission and St Bartholomew's House Inc. for the implimentation and function of the Independent Living Program or (Supportive Landlord Service).
