I would like to request the most recent grant agreement and/or contract
between the Department of Communities and St Bartholomew's House Inc in

I would also like to request any policy documents relating to the
responsibilities and procedures of the Department of Communities and St
Bartholomew's House Inc. for the implimentation and function of the
Independent Living Program or (Supportive Landlord Service).
