request to be for the total expenditure on advertising for the 23/24 and
24/25 financial years only.

agreement to a 14-day extension of the statutory deadline under
section 15AA [extension with agreement] of the FOI Act, to ensure that we
have considered all aspects of your request, and to make a robust decision
on access.

Thank you for your support to date regarding the processing of your FOI
request 124/24/25.

 

Further searches for documents have identified that at the date of your
request, this being 8 August 2024, a document satisfying the revised scope
was not in existence.

 

I would like to advise that a document is now in production, however it is
not yet finalised and is unable to be released to you as part of your
current FOI request. Noting this, the document containing the 2023-24
Financial Year data is anticipated to be finalised towards the end of
October and as such, we are writing to seek you agreement to withdraw your
current FOI and to resubmit on 31 October 2024.

If you are agreeable, I would be grateful for your return email confirming
your withdrawal by 5:00pm Monday, 16 September 2024.
