adgendas and minutes, Yorke Peninsula Council (YPC) Bush Camping Working Party
Dear Yorke Peninsula Council,
1.
Regarding the Yorke Peninsula Council (YPC) Bush Camping Working Party, RV tourism was discussed in June with a visitor spokesperson approved by Cr Meyer and the minutes are hidden/withheld/ not available to the broader community. Councils own policy (PO144) only allows RV’s in town areas. Can the public please see the June minutes? Not providing council minutes is lousy.
2. Minutes pages or information generally are withheld every month by Maddy Pulling, on, what the signs look like, development planning, parking, Community Land Management Plans, specific by-laws and policies adopted, child protection, noise and other disturbances. Can the public please see them?
3. In the public consultation report by Manager Development services - Michael Cartwright (or anywhere like their web page), there is no necessary plan provided, no necessary design, no necessary environmental impact statement, no necessary statement of effect to show consistency with the DPC, no picture of proposed boat ramp parking and road alteration, at foul bay etc. Its all necessary under the Development Act and Environmental Protection Act. please provide.
Good Afternoon Karen

This reads more like a complaint/grievance than a request. Freedom of Information requests should request something more specific. For example:
"I wish to request all agendas and minutes of the Yorke Peninsula Council's Bush Camping Working Party from its establishment to the present. I am making this request under the Freedom of Information Act 1991."
You don't need to supply your reasons for lodging a request, and its better for clarity's sake if you don't.
