Subject: Freedom of Information request - Additional lotto outlets

Dear Lotterywest,
I have requested information around a statement made about decline in
turnover with an additional outlet at Trinity Village which will have a
detrimental effect on Alkimos Beach. This has been refused advising it is
confidential. I am asking what the definition of "Minimal effect" is on
the surrounding businesses which is what formed part of the assessment.
