Accessibility of AGD Websites
Dear Attorney-General's Department,
I hereby request, under the Freedom of Information Act (1982),
copies of the following documents:
a) Documents pertaining to the most recent WCAG 2 compliance audit undertaken for the following websites:
i) www.ag.gov.au
ii) www.classification.gov.au
b) Documents pertaining to the non-publication in the FOI disclosure log of recently completed FOI requests due to accessibility issues.
I also make the application that all costs for the processing of
this request be waived on the grounds that the release of this
information is in the public interest, will enhance the
transparency of the process and the public debate surrounding
accessibility issues on government websites.

We received your request on 31 October 2013 and the 30 day statutory period for processing your request commenced from the day after that date.
