Dear Liverpool City Council,

RE: 17 Taminga Ave (Cnr Oliveri Cres) Green Valley NSW 2168 Lot 41 DP 253236 Substn 7462

Unfortunately your online form for a GIPA has failed me five (5) times today in your office at 33 Moore St Liverpool and two (2) times from my office computer.

Endeavour Energy (EE) requires the property owner or managers name, contact details including email & postal addrs of Rates Notice of the abovementioned address. EE has an electrical substation on the property but cannot do electrical maintenance safely because the owner has built a fence in the electrical easement that must be removed.
