Dear Judith Maude,

I am perfectly fine with collapsing the four requests regarding Insiders, 730, Lateline and Four Corners. Anything that would save an administrative burden.

To clarify, I am after the organisation of interviews and appearances, requests for interview etc. So whomever would be responsible for that duty within each of the show we can confine the search to.

I am trying to determine 1) who is the ABC asking 2) who is the ABC getting and 3) who is refusing to attend interviews.

I am mostly after declined interviews, however sifting through to determine that would be a nightmare I would imagine.

We could narrow the search to those on the front benches of each of the parties plus a few exceptions. Here is the prescribed list:

It would be useful to speak to you about the scope of your request. I am
not able to confine the search to individuals in the manner you have
suggested, as there is no single individual within each program team who
has the responsibility for organising interviews. Further, I would like to
discuss reducing the current list of 84 potential interviewees who are the
subject of your request.
 
As I do not have your contact telephone number, I would be grateful if you
would contact me to discuss this further.
