Text corrector usernames that are not visible to the public

We're waiting for Edward Foucault to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear National Library of Australia,

In relation to your Trove website I am submitted a request for information under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act.

I am seeking all details recorded in email, presentations, officer notes, letters, reports, spreadsheets, communications from users to the Trove website, in relation to details of all usernames where a decision has been made by Trove management to suppress / hide the username tally from view in the Trove text correction Hall of fame and any recorded information details the reasons why these decisions have been made.

Also any details of the approval for all usernames that have been approved to be logged into by more than one user. A list or details of each of these user names in your records would be appreciated to provide visibility to the public.

Yours faithfully,

Edward Foucault
