The Anti Doping Research Panel is established as a separate body under the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority Act 2006 (the ASADA Act) to decide, based on evidence presented by Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA), whether or not it is possible that an anti-doping rule violation has been committed.
