Dear Access Canberra,

I am requesting the security footage of an allegation against my dog biting someone on the 26/11/2021 in an underground carpark of 8 cape street Dickson as my dog was seized by Domestic Animal Services 27 days ago and no information/evidence has been provided nor have I been informed that an extension of time for their investigation is or will be needed prolonging the impoundment of my dog.

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION (FOI) REQUEST – 21-140. 
 
I refer to your application received by Transport Canberra and City
Services (TCCS) on 22 December 2021 in which you sought access to
information under the Freedom of Information Act 2016 (the FOI Act).

and City Services directorate:

request as a result of the ACT Government Christmas Shutdown and reduced
staffing across the directorate in early January 2022.  As such, we are
seeking your agreement to an extension on the due date of your application
