I would like a copy of all complaints regarding J.J. Richards and Sons since September 2014 to today and a copy of the inspectors rep[orts and outcomes. This is necessary due to action I am taking against J.J. Richards and Sons through the Human Rights Commission.
Every time Workcover inspectors visited the workplace I would be called in the next day and harassed by management. Eventually my employment was terminated. I believe inspectors told J.J. Richards and Sons management that it was an anonymous complaint however they new it was me.

Hi Peter

Your request has been received and the application fee waived in this
instance.

I acknowledge your request to be for access to any WorkSafe documents in
relation to any complaints made against J.J. Richards and Sons since
September 2014 and any visits and notices issued to them during the same
period.

All reasonable steps are taken to enable most applicants to be notified of
a decision as soon as practicable however as per the Freedom of
Information Act 1982 WorkSafe has 45 days in which to finalise the
request.
