I refer to your Informal Request for Information under the Government
Information (Public Access) Act 2009 received by Liverpool City Council on
6 March 2017.  I confirm that you have requested consents for 395
Devonshire Road, Kemps Creek.

 

Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, Council must
respond to your informal request within a reasonable period of time. 
Please note, however, that there may be some delay because it may be
necessary to retrieve files from Council Archives which are stored off
site.
