1. As at 25 June 2024, there were 12 active Code of Conduct investigations where the employee had
been notified they were under investigation.
2. The average processing time of investigations into suspected breaches of the APS Code of Conduct
that were undertaken by Integrity Investigations Section and that were finalised since 1 January 2024
was 83 days.
