information you have requested is publicly available and therefore not
subject to the FOI Act.
The Department of Social Services publishes an Annual Report each year
which includes financial statements. This information is publicly

Additionally, the department’s financial data is published on the
Government’s [2]Transparency Portal.
We would appreciate your response by COB 1 July 2021 confirming the
