I'm requesting under the FOI Act the response to tender that was submitted BEFORE this request for tender was publicised on 12 January 2018 [ https://www.tenders.gov.au/Atm/ShowClosed/0b317934-f69d-0788-f528-4c1d80880ca4 ] and that led to this contract [ https://www.tenders.gov.au/Cn/Show/8cb79da9-eae6-aee9-9b21-6d078b8b7d37 ].

I'm applying for all personal and business information and intend to appeal every redaction.
