Dear HSS Governance, Risk & Compliance,
The revised date of Friday 28 May 2021 is acceptable.
Can you please provide me with an interim update on the progress sourcing the appropriate documentation.
Yours sincerely,
Paul

Hi Paul
My name is Andrew Georgiades, and I am the Decision Maker for your FOI.
As you are aware the date for HSS to provide a Decision on your FOI Request for documentation is approaching. I am writing to request a brief extension to the FOI. I am sorry to be requesting this, but unfortunately recent personnel changes in the team, together with the work our team does supporting the Crisis Management Team which was activated during the recent lockdown and then restrictions in WA, has meant that we have been delayed in finalising your request.
We are therefore requesting an extension of time until Friday 28 May 2021 at the latest to be able to provide you with a complete Notice of Decision. Hopefully this is acceptable?
Thanks and regards
Andrew Georgiades | Manager Governance, Risk and Compliance
Office of the Chief Executive
