* I would appreciate all documents with dates of third-party (public) enquiries/concerns/allegations regarding conflicts of interests in the incubator support initiative

* I agree to the redaction of all third parties and all staff in all documents but ask that the enquiries/concerns/allegations are not redacted

* I am not asking for a report but rather the documents as kept on file
